Keith Brownlie is an Architect and director of specialist bridge design practice BEAM Architects. He has been designing bridges for 30 years and has an extensive international portfolio of well-known structures of all scales and modal types. Recent award winning projects include the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge in Washington DC, the United States AICS/NSBA Bridge of the year 2024, the Trans Harbour Link (MHTL) in Mumbai, winner of the IABSE Award for Infrastructure 2024 and the Bracklinn Falls Bridge in the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park in Scotland, winner of the IABSE Award for Pedestrian and Cycle Bridges 2024.
